The Norwegian Cruise Line Military Appreciation program gives U.S. veterans and active-duty service members special savings, lower deposits, and extra onboard credits or amenities depending on the sailing. Military-friendly travel specialists help with flexible bookings, name changes, proof-of-service, and deployment or bereavement issues. Onboard perks can include priority services, special events to meet other service members, and occasional salute ceremonies or commemorative items. Overall, the program makes booking easier, adds value, and honors those who served. Working closely with our Veteran’s Task Force, we designed a kit to help members of the M.A.P. feel welcome once aboard. The kit includes a unique booklet, a commemorative coin, and ship-specific velcro patch. The folder also highlights the events on board in the form of a mission report, creating a fully immersive experience for the special guests.
