Reimagining Splash Academy

Led strategy and creative direction on a brand built from the ground up to turn cruising into the most memorable part of a kid's childhood. Evolved "Splash Academy" into Splash, a standalone IP anchored by four original characters and a story-first philosophy of creativity, learning, and movement. Directed the vision across onboard activity kits, retail and apparel, personalized keepsake books, and a future roadmap spanning animation, AR, and a fully themed sailing, charting a path for NCL to own its own characters the way Disney and Hello Kitty do, rather than compete on amenities alone.
